As well as the Buy N' Large reference, there's another big Pixar Easter Egg. The Pixar animators typically pay homage to the old classroom at California Institute of Arts that hosted first year graphic design and character animation by hiding the number A113 in their films.

The Egg is also included in Zootropolis as Gideon Grey fox's bakery van number plate - JED3113.

Gideon himself is seemingly named in honour of Pinocchio's dim-witted villain character (though he's a cat who hangs around with a fox, of course).
