Dreams has been one of the most confusing PS4 exclusives of the generation, but it's also one of the most exciting.
If you thought that LittleBigPlanet offered players a lot of creative choices, Dreams will make you collapse. There's no contest.
Whole games, films, models, soundtracks and pretty much anything you can think of can be made in Dreams. It's an absolutely incredible creative device wrapped in Media Molecule's typical charm.
However, there's also a lot of confusion from gamers surrounding Dreams that has really been holding it back. A game that lets you create anything is a hard game to advertise.
A lot of people don't really know whether or not Dreams is actually a game or just a creation engine, and a lot of the information hasn't been communicated effectively.
It doesn't help that Dreams is now releasing as an early access game specifically designed for the creators, which might limit the people who are going to play it.
