3. Batman: Arkham Insurgency
Insurgency represents the first of several Rocksteady projects that were rumoured to exist this year. Supposedly a prequel to the developer's previous Arkham titles, the game likely would've covered Bruce Wayne in his earlier days as Batman like Arkham Origins did back in 2013.
Even though Rocksteady stated multiple times that Arkham Knight would be their last Batman game, people were adamant that it was all a front for the eventual prequel/sequel. And considering that AK had something of a divisive reception due to story choices and an admittedly-awful PC release, perhaps they wanted to end the series on a definite high-note?
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the year came and went without much of anything regarding a new Batman game. Rocksteady has been immensely secretive on their next project, but considering how resistant they were to doing another Arkham title, there's little-to-no chance that they'll go back on their word.
You may see something for the Caped Crusader within the next few years from a separate developer, but it won't be Arkham Insurgency.
