2. Marvel's Spider-Man 2

Insomniac's Spider-Man was one of the most critically and commercially successful video games of 2018, and as such it's no surprise at all that a sequel is already deep in development, with noted industry insider Imran Khan suggesting we'll likely see the game released before the end of 2021.

Unsubstantiated but plausible rumours have also suggested that the game will see Peter Parker battling Venom, Carnage, and Mysterio, but regardless of that source's dubious credibility, it's hilariously clear that the game is indeed in the works.

It's probably reasonable to expect a reveal later this year or early next, as the announcement of a potentially PS5-exclusive Spider-Man game would do a fantastic job of driving the new console's sales ahead of 2021's holiday period.

Then again, a cross-gen release wouldn't be remotely surprising either.
