10 Actors You Won't Believe Starred In Video Games

5. Elijah Wood €“ Spyro The Dragon Games, God Of War 3

Known For- The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Sin City, 9 A month ago, Tim Schafer revealed that Elijah Wood would be voicing a character in his upcoming Kickstarter funded Point and Click adventure game called Broken Age. While many of us were intrigued to see Wood entering video games, in reality he has already been doing it for a while and has gone on record saying that he enjoys the challenge of expressing character emotions vocally. Along with Gary Oldman, Elijah Wood was a central pillar in rebooting Spyro The Dragon for the Playstation 2, voicing the iconic feisty purple dragon in three games. Way more unknown however is his almost Easter Egg-like super-secret presence in God of War 3 where he voiced Kratos€™ brother Deimos. Now Deimos isn€™t physically in the game because he€™s already dead, but at certain hallucinatory points in the game you can hear a voice saying mysterious things such as: €œA Spartan never lets his back hit the ground. Right, brother?€ and "Don't leave me again, Kratos!" And the voice is confirmed to be Elijah Wood, which is cool. For whatever reason though Santa Monica hasn't really gone anywhere with it.
