3. Oatchi, Your Dog-Like Ally - Pikmin 4
After years and years of inactivity, Pikmin 4 was finally given a formal unveiling last year, and while the recent gameplay footage touts a number of enticing features - such as the introduction of Ice Pikmin and night-time gameplay - there's one new addition that stands tall above all the rest.
We're talking, of course, about Oatchi, your new yellow, dog-like companion who can be used to transport Pikmin (including riding him while he swims through bodies of water), carry objects with the strength of 10 Pikmin, and even sniff out scents as needed.
More than anything, though, Oatchi looks adorable as hell, and a dog buddy just feels like a perfect, natural inclusion in a Pikmin sequel of all things.
