10 Best Hidden Gem RPGs Of The Last 10 Years

6. Grim Dawn

The old-school CRPG never really went away, it's just been left to the indies to pick up the slack. And Grim Dawn continues the grand tradition of Baldur's Gate and Fallout.

The best thing about Grim Dawn is that it knows what to modernize, and it knows what to keep. For example, it comes equipped with a rotatable camera, which is something all top-down RPGs should have. However, it also has incredibly difficult, randomly generated dungeons that the player must prepare thoroughly for because once entering, the only way out is to complete it. Its fantasy world isn't as unique as Age Of Decadence, but it still puts a cool spin on the classic Diablo-style dark fantasy world.

A must-play for fans of old RPGs that balances being deep and complex with being accessible to anyone looking to get into the genre.
