It's Tekken, but with Pokemon - what's not to love?

Pokken Tournament was first released to Japanese arcades in the summer of 2015. In it, two players choose a Pokemon and go head to head on an (essentially) two-dimensional plane.

It might be your standard fighting game fare, but the novelty of playing with Pokemon never really wears off, as you've constantly got a bunch of unique abilities at your disposal like Pikachu's lightening or Charmander's flame.

There's a nice variety of Pokemon to play as, too, from across the various generations, including Blaziken, Gengar, Croagunk, Mewtwo and Suicune. And with more being released via DLC (the first being Empoleon), the possibility of the game getting even better is high.
