Horizon has one of the most beautiful and captivating worlds in gaming for quite some time. The rise of robotics and fall of humanity is something that has never been done to this degree and the journey to find out what happened and why is one of the driving forces behind a fantastic story.

Aloy is an amazing heroine with genuine character who is also surrounded by a great supporting cast and a fully-realised world. Gameplay is also fully realised, with each of the robots having several different weaknesses and ways to take them down. Each encounter is genuinely thrilling because of how powerful and menacing the robots are, making taking them down all the more satisfying.

Horizon manages to deliver a fantastic world, fantastic characters, captivating gameplay and the potential for a new franchise that could become Sony's best.
