10 Biggest Video Game Flops Of 2017
5. Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition
Although not a bad remaster by any means, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition didn't really offer anything that the original release of the game did, leading to it being an extremely low key release.
It seems like a lack of interest is really what caused Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition to end up underperforming. The original Bulletstorm had a similar problem, which is extremely unfortunate because as a game Bulletstorm is actually pretty fantastic. It may be a bit immature in its humour, but the varied gameplay and awesome variety make it a great trip.
Despite the critical praise that followed the original release, the Full Clip Edition of Bulletstorm didn't seem to fare much better. The improvements to the game were seen as minimal and the lack of any true new content made returning fans a little anxious to pay for the same experience twice. It didn't help that Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition was a full price release too.
We hope to see Bulletstorm receive better treatment in the future. It truly deserves a second go.
