After that brief sojourn into the legal wranglings of Springfield (nothing actually came of that since the voice of Louie claimed he was more based on Joe Pesci from Goodfellas, and anyway Frankie Carbone was based off a different real person), its back to the crazy world of video games and stolen celebrity likeness. Except this one is a little trickier. Remember Axl Rose? He used to be in a popular rock band in the early nineties called Guns N Roses, and then he was in an unpopular rock band in the noughties called Guns N Roses and he had braided hair and had long since replaced the original line-up of the band in favour of one who would put up with him being late for concerts cos he was busy eating a full turkey backstage. It was that disagreement with his former bandmates that had him suing Activision for $20 million a few years ago. Apparently the developers had agreed not to feature the likeness of his former friend, now hated rival Slash in Guitar Hero 3 for them licensing the song Welcome To The Jungle, which wound up being boohockey and the court threw it out, obviously.
