Hold onto your handle, Cuphead, because things are about to get dicey. The Devil’s right-hand man and casino manager, King Dice is a formidable foe who can only be taken on once the player has completed his deadly board game, which involves fighting a slew of mini-bosses, with a new fight flying at you every time you land on a red space. You’ll have to fight quite a few if you’re unlucky.

Each of these mini-bosses is casino themed, of course, and they’re randomized each playthrough so you’re never quite sure which ones you’re going to get. That’s the way of the dice, baby. Once you’ve got to the end of the board, the chips are down, and it’s time to fight King Dice himself, and you’ll have to use all your platforming skills to beat him at his own game.

Parry the pink cards while dodging the others to build your power meter, then use the precious time you have between attacks to unleash your might on the man himself. Cuphead is notoriously challenging, and this boss rush is no exception. If you gamble with King Dice, you’d better hope you get lucky.
