10 Changes That Must Be Made To WWE 2K26
3. Re-Worked MyGM Mode
Before the release of WWE 2K22, MyGM mode was something that fans were clamoring for. In the last few editions, there have been decent changes to the game mode, including this year adding the ability to play online seasons. That being said, MyGM faces the same issue as it does each year: the repetitiveness makes the game less desirable as the year moves on.
With MyGM, there are a few easy fixes to breathe new life into each season.
Including true Money in the Bank and Royal Rumble matches is a key feature that has been missing from MyGM, and having brands fighting to win the MITB contract or the WrestleMania main event and the boost that would come with that would greatly increase the General Manager playability. One other feature WWE2K26 should look to include would be having an in-game lobby of players wishing to join an online season, which would make the recruiting process much easier.
There are also smaller changes that can be made, such as allowing for larger budget sizes to increase a brand's roster size, as well as adding more unique shake-ups to give players more curveballs throughout the season.
MyGM is far from the biggest issue with recent WWE games, but continuing improvements like these are key to future success.
