3. Final Fantasy X/X-2 - What Happened After The End Of X-2?
If you've finished Final Fantasy X-2 with the 'best' ending, you'll know what happens. If not, spoilers.
At the game's end, Yuna makes a deal with the Fayth to restore Tidus, who had disappeared after the events of the first game. The whole game centers around Yuna trying to find Tidus, and the two, finally, are reunited on the beaches of beautiful Besaid. Much tears, all very lovely.
However, what happens after that? Well, Kazushige Nojima, who penned the scenario for X and X-2, filled in the blanks with a novel entitled: Final Fantasy X-2.5 ~Eien no DaishÅ~ (Final Fantasy X-2.5 - Price of Eternity).
Although vague, the storyline goes through what happened from Tidus/Yuna meeting on the beach of Besaid, up to the scene you can unlock in X-2 if you achieve 100% completion.
This story focuses on the redevelopment of Tidus and Yuna's relationship. There's also time-travel shenanigans involved, as the two end up on an island close to Besaid, but 1000 years in the past.
