Sometimes, cosplaying isn't so much about the creation of props, as it is about the creation of a character. Typically, this can be achieved through the use of costumes, but every once in awhile, an artist will come along with the talent to completely transform themselves into any beloved character.

The one cosplayer who does this better than anyone else is Alyson Tabbitha. The woman has a superpower, but she doesn't use it to fight crime, she uses it to become whomever she wants to be. You can look at a picture of her as Captain Jack Sparrow, and nobody would blame you for thinking it was Johnny Depp—she's that good.

How does she achieve this feat, you may ask? She has an incredible talent at applying makeup in such a way as to contour her features to become anyone. It doesn't have to be a man; she's just as comfortable fooling people into thinking she's Angelina Jolie.

Granted, she doesn't rely on her makeup skills alone; she's also a talented costume and prop-maker, having made things like belts and armor out of poster board and craft foam. This woman could give a Masters-level class in the art of cosplaying, and her Instagram is definitely worth your time.
