Within the expansive open world of Red Dead Redemption 2, there are a lot of hidden secrets and strange things to stumble upon.

One such thing you can find during your travels are some grizzly murders where the dismembered bodies are gruesomely displayed next to messages asking you "behold" and "look upon" the perpetrator's efforts. And luckily for you, the murderer has also left a piece of a map next to the body.

Finding one of these three crime scenes after completing Chapter One will start the mission American Dreams. If you're able to find all of crime scenes and recover each map fragment, you'll be able to travel to the serial killer's lair - if you feel brave enough, that is.

Located in the basement of a rundown old shack, the creepy hideout is exactly what you'd expect a deranged serial killer's workshop to look like. Telling notes and skulls line the shelves, with their latest work in progress being displayed in all its gory glory.

Of course, the killer is waiting for you. And if it weren’t for throwing a severed head at him, Arthur could have been the next victim.
