3. Cheaters
Again, this one definitely has its problems, though far too many people use it as an excuse for their own ineptitude. If anyone manages to score abnormally highly in a Call of Duty game, they are going to get shouted at by a 12-year-old whose voice hasn't broken yet about how they're using an aimbot or some sort of hack to reach the top of the scoreboard. It couldn't possibly be that, you know, they're just
good at the game, especially with the sophisticated anti-cheat infrastructure that most popular online games have nowadays. It sucks when you destroy a server full of crap players, rack up a 12-kill streak, unleash the Pavelow and then have a bunch of people report you for being a cheater despite having no evidence for it other than their own bruised egos.
