3. Yiga Clan - Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
In Breath of the Wild, the Yiga clan is a powerful assassin organization that is tasked with killing Link for Ganon. In the sequel, Tears of the Kingdom, they are largely assumed to have disappeared due to Link defeating their leader, but in reality, their organization is still out there.
Only this time, they have a more personal vendetta against Hyrule’s hero.
Just as Yiga assassins would lull Link into a false sense of security by taking the form of regular NPCs in the original game, so do they follow the same strategy in the sequel, except they are somehow even more sneaky with their stalking.
Although you’d think the ninjas wouldn’t be a problem after the events of the original game, they are scattered all over the map, and on top of their regular disguises as nondescript travellers, some of them can don more inconspicuous disguises, such as the form of trees or even Princess Zelda.
Because of their expanded arsenal of deception, it can be pretty hard to figure out when a Yiga member is nearby. Their forces will follow you around the entire map, and you will have no idea they are there.
