10 Great Actors Hidden In Your Video Games

7. Ben Kingsley - Fable

The Fable series is yet another here crammed with notable voices. Zoë Wanamaker and Stephen Fry both feature fairly heavily, but so much so that no one could consider them hidden. Meanwhile Dave Lamb, the sarcastic voice of Come Dine With Me, is tucked away in there, but he’s hardly a great actor.

National treasure, maybe. But not a great actor.

Ben Kingsley is both national treasure and a brilliant actor. The Gandhi star played Sabine in the star studded third game, the King of the Dwellers stuck up in the mountain. It’s a thoroughly over the top performance, and one perfect for Fable.

For this entry, you really could have thrown a dart board at the cast list. There’s Fry & Wanamaker returning to the series, but there’s also Michael Fassbender as King Logan in an instantly recognisable turn as the antagonist.

Aside from those though, we’re also treated to John Cleese (who gets another honourable mention elsewhere), Nicholas Hoult, Andrew Buchan, Simon Pegg, Jason Manford, Jonathan Ross, Mark Heap and Naomie Harris. Fable could pretty much fill this lift on its own.
