Peace Walker is a well known game that has not one, not two, but actually 5 plot twists that change the way you see the games and the events occurred in it. And of all those twists, I believe this one is the most important of all. Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain. The funny thing is that, despite how important this line is in the game, very few people have actually found it, since it requires an insane amount of work to unlock it. This line is important to the plot because not only you find out that Miller, Big Boss' best friend, is working for The Patriots. And not only that, Solid and Liquid Snake have already born. This is a very important event in the franchise because it means that Big Boss' story is coming to an end (which might happen during the next 2 games) so, I guess we'll have to wait until those two games come out if we want to know what will happen next in the story.
