You know an enemy is a particular ball-ache when, after dying multiple times to it, you consult Reddit for the best way to deal with them, and the general consensus seems simply to be 'run'. Yes, even FromSoft fans, those notorious 'git-gud' masochists, completionists and perfectionists, know that sometimes, it's simply not worth the hassle.

It must be said, the design for the Abductor Virgins is excellent. I mean, they don't make any sense - they, along with the Flame Chariots in this game seem to be propelled by something, but the Elden Ring world seems to be one of early-Medieval technology, meaning that magic should be the only explanation for it, though it isn't apparent how. Because we'd really like to use that magic, and get a few of these things on our sided please.

Luckily, there aren't too many of these enemies in the game, and generally they can be avoided. However, the most reliable way to kill them - if you really like torturing yourself - is to bait their grab attack, dodge it, and hit them while their body is open. Good luck with that one.
