10 Highly-Anticipated Video Games FINALLY Releasing In 2021
6. Chivalry 2
If you've never played Chivalry, then the best way to describe it is like you've taken the frantic frenzied rush of Call of Duty's multiplayer, stripped away the guns and replaced them with medieval weaponry, then mixed in the wild flailings of Gang Beasts to make a chaotic and hilarious free-for-all.
The original game was a smash hit back in 2012, and has only grown in popularity since. As such, it was actually a bit surprising to see that support of the game continued over the studio squirting out a sequel, and for many, it seemed this would be a one and very well-done affair.
Then, seemingly out of nowhere, it was announced that Chivalry 2 was going to be dropping in 2021!
One of the biggest requests ever since the 2012 original was for bigger-scale battles, and the sequel truly obliges, kicking out 64 player conflicts which will see groups storming castles, fighting NPC soldiers and using siege weapons to destroy the environment around them.
This, plus a revamped combat system has seen the world over dusting off their maces and strapping on their plate mail for another tussle in the mud.
BRING IT ON!
