10 Honest Truths Xbox One Owners Realise After Buying A PS4
7. One Console Will Gather Dust Quickly
When purchasing a second console, it's inevitable that one of them will be neglected. It's a sad truth, but it's just too unrealistic to think you'll be gaming away for hours on end on both consoles. Especially if you're juggling a job, or school, or both.
Eventually you'll find yourself thinking, "When was the last time I even turned on my PS4/Xbox One?"
It becomes even more true for the newer of the consoles, in this case, the PS4. At first, it will be your new baby, but as you make your way through your very small library of games, you'll eventually return to your Xbox and wait for more to come for the PS4. There's really no way around it unless you purchase every single game you've ever wanted to play on the PS4 along side it, which is an extremely unrealistic thought for most gamers.
At the beginning of you owning both consoles, one will be neglected, and it will eat away at you as you hope it wasn't a huge waste of money. Eventually the time will come when the game library of one will match the other, the dust will clear, and you'll soon be struggling to decide which console to play. More on that later.
