10 Hotly Anticipated Video Games That Could Still Release In 2015

6. Splinter Cell

Do you remember Chaos Theory? Of course you do, everyone played that game. So what did Ubisoft do following one of the most refined and honed stealth experiences in gaming? They told a different tale about Sam going undercover, romancing a random contact and then going on the run across SC: Conviction. Blacklist returned the series to a righteous headshot-popping form, but lost series veteran-voice Michael Ironside in the process. Still, thankfully 2013's Splinter Cell was one of the most underrated and pretty much completely overlooked titles in recent memory, although you can't blame a populace who were thoroughly engorged in stealthy gameplay through something like Assassin's Creed all while Sam Fisher and co. went through something of an identity crisis. To replace Ironside, TV actor Eric Johnson attempted a different take on Sam, losing many of the quips but still delivering a solid 24-style tale. Now it's over to Ubisoft to deliver on quite the amount of potential all over again - as both fans and newcomers know Splinter Cell as one of the greatest franchises associated with gaming as a medium.
