Despite what Fox News said to the contrary, Mass Effect is not a sex simulator - instead, getting to the stage where Shepard bumps uglies with another character actually requires building a loving, trusting relationship with them first, not to mention the sex scenes are tastefully done regardless of who you're trying to get it on with.
