The most satisfying part of putting your opponent down without taking a scratch never comes from the act itself, instead it comes courtesy of the game's voiceover that affirms your status as a flawless victor.

More satisfying than that verbal accolade? Combining a flawless victory with Mortal Kombat's exceptionally violent 'Finish Him'/'Fatality' feature. Although the feature didn't always trigger as part of a flawless victory, taking no damage and humiliating your opponent in such a fashion is up there with the most satisfying of gaming moments.

Those of a nervous disposition probably shouldn't attempt a fatality, especially not Sub-Zero's famed 'Spine Rip' as it could cause some serious discomfort.
