10 Immensely Satisfying Video Game Moments

5. 'Impossible' Achievements/Trophies - Any Game Ever

There are many lists detailing the hardest achievements and trophies to unlock, and while they imply no-one has reached these lofty targets, there has to be someone out there making up the >1%.

For example, Fable II tasked the player with targeting specific areas of a ghoulish Hollow Man to leave them in a similar state to Monty Python's legendary Black Knight. While not impossible, with a decent firearm, the button combination was frustrating, and left many not wanting to pursue the coveted achievement.

Many gamers can no doubt relate to this particular point but one achievement sticks out like a sore thumb in terms of sheer satisfaction: The Flapmaster of Goat Simulator fame.

It sounds very simple, as all you are required to do is score 10 points, but this is far harder than it sounds. Leaping ten consecutive ladders seems to be the easiest way to unlock this fiendish achievement but there's no obvious way to do this - there just isn't.

Should you be one of the lucky few to earn the title of Flapmaster, you will know just how satisfying it is to finally relax and know you'll never have to try ever again.

Bliss.
