10 Incredible Video Games You Can Finish In Under An Hour
7. The Good Time Garden (2019)
Do you like weird games? Odd little creations that feel like bizarre fever dreams? Well, The Good Time Garden will scratch that itch so intensely you'll think you've got eczema, as this incredibly short game is one of the strangest things you'll ever play. That's what makes it so fun.
You may know the developer Coal Supper from their hilarious 2024 game Thank Goodness You're Here, an oddball comedy about a little man helping a fictional English town by slapping things. If you've played that game, you'll know there are a few, let's say, surreal moments. The Good Time Garden, the studio's first game, is the total opposite, as it's all surreal, with only a few normal moments.
The game puts you in the shoes (or lack thereof) of a naked man exploring a "throbbing pink world" as described by the devs themselves. Moving through this odd landscape will put you in contact with a variety of bizarre creatures and wild interactions, leaving you constantly confused yet amused. It takes barely any time to play, but it will leave one hell of an impression.
