10 Insanely Underrated Wrestling Video Games You Must Play

2. Super Fire Pro Wrestling X Premium (1996) - SNES

When it comes to the old SNES-style wrestling games, they're all underrated to some extent. However, Super Fire Pro Wrestling X Premium (SFPWXP from now on) is arguably the most underrated and unknown wrestling game among them.

One of the first wrestling games to include an edit mode for wrestlers, and the ability to store up to 80 of them making 2K's offering look a bit naff by comparison. Along with the CaWs, over 100 real-life wrestlers were included (with fake names of course).

Much like King of Colosseum and Fire Pro, SFPWXP's gameplay focuses more on skill and timing, with each wrestler also possessing three levels of attacks: weak, medium and strong, which you must use these to wear down your opponent so you can perform the most powerful moves uninterrupted.

If you can somehow get your hands on it, SFPWXP is certainly something to add to your gaming bucket list.
