10 More Pointless Video Game Details That Will Blow Your Mind

6. Cats Reacting To Gunshots In GTA V

One of the best things about the GTA franchise has always been the way you can mess with innocent bystanders. Yeah, everyone's had a stint of madness where they've just barrelled down the street in a truck and seen how many people they can crash into at a time, but it's just as fun to terrorise NPCs in less violent ways, be it waving around weapons or taking selfies next to them.

It's not just the human characters who react to your actions though, and the animals in the latest release also change their behaviour depending on what you're doing. Cats in particular, though rare to come by in comparison to other animals in the world, aren't just there for set dressing.

In fact, they'll freak the heck out if you start firing weapons near them, causing them to do a little cartoon jump before scampering away. Unfortunately, unless you happen to be in a firefight right next to one, you'll probably never see it in motion.
