It's difficult to forget about a maniacal jester, and that's exactly what Cicero is. He's aligned with the Dark Brotherhood and is charged with the care of the Night Mother.

Cicero definitely stands out in a crowd: his attire is theatrical and his voice is high-pitched. He laughs often and usually speaks in third person, almost like a combination of Gollum and the Joker.

While he is often unsettling to be around, he can also be quite funny at times. He'll occasionally dance around and spew out nonsensical statements that can't help but be laughed at. Despite seemingly being comical, Cicero is always deadly serious, and the longer the Dragonborn is with Cicero the more apparent that becomes. The Keeper of the Night Mother's coffin has great potential to be dangerous and deadly, and that's no laughing matter.

One thing is certain, there is absolutely no one in all of Skyrim quite like Cicero. He is completely unique and impossible to ignore, but that's what makes him such a brilliant character.
