10 Most Likely DLC Characters For Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

5. Rayman

Though she wasn't a particularly exciting pick, Min Min has opened up a couple of possibilities for Rayman.

For one, she also first appeared in the game as a Spirit. Ray Man (along with those godforsaken Rabbids) is also a Spirit in Smash Ultimate, so now that we know that it is possible to upgrade from a Spirit to a fighter, perhaps Rayman is next.

Not only that, but Min Min's fighting mechanics also pave the way for Rayman's. While Min Min's arms are quite literally springs, Rayman doesn't actually have any arms nor legs, so both characters have exceptionally-long reach potential.

He can use his floating hands and feet to perform longer-than-normal-range Jabs, Tilt Attacks, Smash Attacks, Grabs, and even Aerials, making him a very dangerous prospective fighter.

Moving away from the potential Min Min/Rayman connection for a moment, Nintendo apparently renewed the Rayman copyright earlier this year, which is similar to what happened when Banjo-Kazooie was announced for the game.

As a final point, Ubisoft has already confirmed multiple times (via the Ubisoft Club App and as an Easter Egg in Rayman Redemption) that they want Rayman in Smash. So now, all we need is for Nintendo to play ball and he'll easily join the ranks.
