4. The HK P90c - Fallout 2
If you are a fan of the hit sci-fi tv show Stargate, then you'll know that the weapon of choice for the humans in that show is the now iconic P90 submachine gun. While Stargate may have introduced and popularised the weapon to a general audience, fans of Fallout 2 were already aware of the power the P90 has on a battlefield, thanks to the Fallout universe's version of the gun, named the HK P90c.
While certainly a mouthful to say, the HK P90c is easily one of the best small arms guns in Fallout 2. The HK P90c is also pretty easy to find, as several stores sell the gun for $2,500, and it is used a lot by marauders near the NCR areas of the game.
While there are some downsides to using the HK P90c, the damage it deals with each attack, and the low AP cost make this weapon formidable against lower-tier enemies. If the player also finds useful perk combinations such as the Bonus Ranged Damage perk, they can increase the damage of the HK P90c to around 305 HP damage an attack. Also, since it uses 10mm, one of the most common ammo types in the game, the HK P90c instantly becomes a must-have gun when wandering the only slightly more dystopian looking ruins of California.
