4. Steroid Joker - Batman: Arkham Asylum
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRRr2u0Zzq4&t=9m10s The final battle of the otherwise brilliant Batman: Arkham Asylum plays out like someone who has never read a comic book in their lives; the entire idea of the Joker is that he's not a physically imposing monster like, say, Killer Croc or Bane. Rather, his strength is in his unpredictable sense of chaos brought about by his sheer insanity; Batman can never be quite sure what he's going to do next, though in the instance of Joker's last stand, I don't think even the developers knew quite what he was doing. Though it of course made total sense for The Joker to be the game's final Big Bad, it betrayed everything about his character for him to turn into a comically oversized, steroid-pumped brute for the last fight. Adding insult to injury, The Joker spends most of the fight on top of a balcony while you have to fight hordes of his cronies, making for an absurdly misguided denouement of a mostly excellent game.
