4. Guile - Street Fighter V
A man only the great Jean Claude Van Damme could portray in the live-action film, one of the most American men in the Street Fighter franchise - and the one with arguably the most popular theme song - is also a man with one of the most defined muscles in a game franchise chock-full of bodybuilding men and women that could easily benchpress a city.
Van Damme could only work his massive biceps so much to even get close to Guile's size in-game, and Guile only kept getting bigger and bigger with every incarnation of the Street Fighter series, up until the most recent release, Street Fighter V.
In Street Fighter V, Guile's size was barely rivaled by Akuma and Zangief, who have insane bodies of their own. And yet somehow even they don't look as bizarre as Guile, who looks like he saw what Chris Redfield was doing and decided to out bench press and arm curl him by 1000%.
