10 Most Unique Open World Enemies You Must Find
2. King Gleeok (Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
Battling your first Gleeok in Tears of the Kingdom is as exhilarating as it is pants-wetting. Still, while the classic Flame, Frost, and Thunder Gleeoks are freaky enough on their own, they're not the apex predators here. For you see, there's always a King of the Monsters, and Hyrule has a monarch that brings the pain.
The King Gleeok is the amalgamation of all Gleeoks. While the others specialise in one element, this titan has a head for each one, meaning it can blast you with every elemental attack. It also boasts a much higher health bar and does a ludicrous amount of damage.
Despite the implication of its name, this beastie is not a sole ruler, as you can find a few of them throughout Hyrule. These rare encounters only occur in special areas within the Sky Islands and deep down in The Depths.
It's a foe you must face to prove you're the real hero of Hyrule, but be sure to prep some good meals beforehand; you'll need them.
