A likelier Luigi addition is the newly introduced Gooigi. While Luigi is not in Mario Kart Tour at launch, he has been shown to be coming in pre-release trailers for the game. Unlike Mario and Peach, the brother is the only one of the main trio not to have an alternate costume as a character. Even Shy Guy has a chef outfit!
Before Nintendo consider adding Pink Gold Peach again, maybe they should contemplate the impact of adding Gooigi to promote Luigi’s Mansion 3 this October. Created by Professor E. Gadd, it may very well be that Gooigi was also made for racing.
