10 Notorious Video Games That Ask You To Sacrifice Your Social Life

With even an entire South Park episode devoted to a parody of W.O.W players, this game has definitely taken the brunt of the abuse for de-socialising our gamers. This is not without good reason however, as mastery of this game requires severe dedication at this stage. For a game as longstanding and with as large a devoted player base as this, an enormously detailed understanding of the inner workings of each facet of character-creation is an absolute must. Pretty much all MMORPGs like World Of Warcraft work with a detailed character creation system that forms the core of the player's work in the game. It may sound ridiculous, but the only way to truly succeed in W.O.W is to consider everything your enemies do as important and remember how to counteract it when levelling up your own character, and this takes time. A lot of time. Unless you want to be a 'noob' like South Park's Randy Marsh, there is no other way...
