10 Problems Nobody Wants To Admit About The Xbox One

7. Auto Sign-Out Can Be Catastrophic

Here's a problem that many of you will be intimately aware of if you've ever signed in to Xbox Live with your Gamertag on multiple consoles. Microsoft is, and always has been, pro-social gaming, but their enthusiasm for cloud-based account migration and being able to use your account freely across any console can lead to some potentially disastrous accidents occurring. If, at any point, someone signs into your account while you're already logged in on your personal console, the system will literally bid you farewell and disconnect you from any multiplayer game you may be currently engrossed in. Yes, this has happened to me on several infuriating occasions. Sure, one could argue that I should get less careless friends that actually take the effort to look at which account they're signing in with, but some fail-safes on Microsoft's side wouldn't go amiss. As it is, simply clicking the sign-in button will instantly start the process, which is crazy. Secondary confirmation screens would be great, then I wouldn't have to scream in anguish after being disconnected from a Trials Of Osiris match in Destiny.
