10 Rare Video Game Achievements For Killing EVERYONE
5. Hackett's Quarry Massacre - The Quarry
Similar to Until Dawn, Supermassive's more recent release, the Quarry also comes with an achievement for getting every single survivor killed.
This said, the achievement, called The Hackett's Quarry Massacre," is special in that, unlike most other entries in Supermassive's horror series, killing every single playable character in the Quarry comes with a unique ending as well.
After you manage to lose all of the playable characters, you get to see a unique credit sequence where a couple of podcasters talk about the achievement's namesake.
The fact that no one makes it out alive makes the events of the game seem shrouded in mystery to everyone who didn't witness them, and the podcasters mention some of the conspiracies that are connected to it.
The ending is significantly different than the other conclusions you get by saving all or some survivors, so it's actually worth grabbing the achievement for more than just a fancy trophy on your profile.
The sequence is a bit tough to sit through on account of all the corny jokes the podcast duo makes, but it is still nice that they acknowledge how bad of a job you did keeping everyone alive.
