1. Fate Of All Fools - Destiny

Destiny has loads of particularly rare guns across the original and the sequel but indisputably the rarest is The Fate of All Fools and that’s because Bungie only made one of them.

Does that mean I kind of cheated for my number one entry on this list? Yes I did, but the shoe fits so let me tell you more about it.

The reason only one of these exotic scout rifles was made is that it was gifted to a player for mental health therapy while he was recovering from brain surgery. The gun was later rebranded to the Jade Rabbit, a version that would drop for other players, but since the Fate of All Fools only exists as a singular gun in the Destiny-verse, that means it has a drop rate of 0.0%, making it the rarest weapon on this list.

Alright, you could argue Destiny isn’t exactly the most hardcore RPG game we’ve got on here but this one was otherwise too accurate not to include.
