Losing your best friend, the lovable Jackie Welles, in Cyberpunk 2077 hurts, but this is Night City, and you don't have time to mourn. No, you have a choice to make, and it's one you'll severely regret if you screw it up.
After Jackie's untimely demise, you're tasked with deciding where to send his body, to his family or to a ripperdoc. The morally good option is, quite obviously, the first one. However, some might choose the latter, thinking there's a chance a ripperdoc could help him or that his body can go to good use. Yeah, because only good things happen in Cyberpunk 2077.
Tragically, this option leads to a twisted outcome where Arasaka thugs steal his body and take it for the company. This gets even worse if you go down "The Devil" ending as you'll discover Arasaka has turned your former bestie into an Engram. You can talk to this dystopic, digitalised version of your former friend, but it's just a twisted reflection of him, and, boy, howdy, does it hurt to know you did this.
