Fallout 4 was notorious for its endless radiant quests to the point where memes of Preston Garvey warning the player of another settlement needing their help were a common sight across the internet. Not all radiant quests are bad though, as in the Nuka World DLC one such radiant quest sees you face off against random enemies in an arena. If you are lucky, or more likely persistent, you will face off against the rogue knight, a former Brotherhood of Steel member who carries a unique gatling laser known as Aeturnus.

Defeating the rogue knight in battle allows you to loot Aeturnus from his body and use it for yourself. The gatling laser variant boasts the Never Ending weapon perk, meaning that you will not be required to reload while using it. On top of that, Aeturnus has unlimited ammo allowing you to fry your enemies until your heart's content.

The downside then is that similar to the standard Gatling Laser in Fallout 4 the damage output is rather underwhelming with only 24 damage. However, with a high rate of fire and no need to reload, it still doesn’t take too long to leave your enemies looking like Swiss Cheese.
