Nothing will instil more fear into a person than when they turn their console on only to be greeted with a menu detailing all your options, most of which seem pretty terrifying for something called safe mode. Has your faithful PS4 finally given up? Have you just lost all your save data for all those games you were just on the edge of completing? Fearing the worse, you consider your options.
It's a horrible sinking feeling facing that menu. Sometimes it really can mean nothing, and soon enough your PS4 is up and running again as if nothing had happened in the first place.
