1. It Was Essentially Replaced By The Ill-Fated Green Lantern Game

The scrapping of the Justice League game wasn't a complete waste (although may would say that it was even now, give the quality of the game that it was used as a platform for), as the groundwork that had been put in place for it during the development period was used to create another Double Helix Games offering - Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters. It was a pretty damn awful game, released in 2011 to coincide (and indeed tie-in with) the equally awful Green Lantern film with Ryan Reynolds. It was released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS and Apple iOS and had three gaming modes; Master the Ring, Stand Together and Take Flight. It received mostly negative reviews and was largely panned by those who forked out cash for it. So there you have it - ten things you need to know about the cancelled Justice League video game.
