10 Unknown PS2 Games That Deserve A Remake

Bungie and Rockstar may seem like polar opposites in terms of output, but once upon a time they collaborated on a game. Well, Rockstar only published the PS2 port but I'm going with it, or it'd spoil my intro.

The game in question was Oni, a third person shooter/brawler that wore Ghost in the Shell inspiration like a badge of honour.

With a story gleaming everything from the above, Equilibrium and Deus Ex, it wasn't winning any prizes for originality. But then, it didn't need to.

The focus was more on the combat than the gun play, which made for a fun and frenetic beat 'em up when you really got stuck into it.

As I said, it was riffing off of other works but the fun was had in being able to play them out. It may look a little wonky know, but if Bungie went back and dug this gem out for a remake, it'd shine.

If fans can create a remake seven years after its initial release, just imagine what could be done with the right will and budget.
