10 Unknown PS2 Games That Deserve A Remake

4. Chaos Legion

Way before Capcom were fleecing us for emotes and characters, as well as hacking chunks out of Resident Evil games, they liked to dabble in off-the-cuff releases.

The early 2000's brought us such treats like Viewtiful Joe (whom also needs a return), Auto Modellista and this obscure gem, Chaos Legion.

Part hack and slash, part real time strategy (before Brutal Legend caught everyone off guard), Chaos Legion was a strange concept for many.

Looking like a more tactical Devil May Cry, the story had similar themes of high fantasy, demons and revenge. However, it was the game's USP that made it fun: you could summon the titular Legion, in various flavours, to fight beside you against opposing forces

It caused intense battles, as you not only had to look after yourself, but the hordes that fight alongside you too. As you progressed, more units became available, allowing for larger scale battles.

It wasn't the most polished of Capcom's offerings at the time, and hit middle ground reviews. Yet it was noted the ambition was there... why not try and stoke it again now?
