5. Beyond Good & Evil 2

It might have been announced and given a trailer, but as of June 2018, Beyond Good & Evil was only at "Day zero" of development.

Thankfully we've seen a few minutes of actual gameplay now (see below), but it doesn't get around the fact that BG&E2 is still going to need years' worth of dev time. In fact, creative director Michel Ancel noted that a playable beta for the game won't be coming until the end of 2019, signalling at least another year's worth of testing before the first stage of public playability.

Regardless, this pushes the release window into 2020 and beyond - years that line up with the PS5's rumoured release date, and considering the scope of BG&E2's space exploration and galaxy-sized map, it could've been pegged as a PS5 game all along.
