The first hint came from Sacred Symbols' Colin Moriarty, who mentioned a big remake coming up with the key words 'soul still burns', which is a clear jab at the title.
Another hint came from BluePoint games, the makers of the Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection and the Shadow of the Colossus remake. They've previously claimed that their next title is their biggest yet, and that fans would definitely want to check it out.
Although this may sound like a wild goose chase, the evidence can very well be connected, and it seems like it's just a matter of time before we see for ourselves.
Besides these hints, a Demon's Souls remake is something that the fans have been wanting for a very long time. As something that only released on the PS3 and was never remastered, there are a lot of potential fans out there that have yet to experience the genre-defining title.
