7. Fable 4
We were hoping E3 2019 would show this one off for real. We were wrong, but that doesn't mean Fable 4 isn't happening.
The reason that Fable 4 hasn't been shown off yet is because it's still very early in development, and almost definitely a next-generation title, or at the very least a cross generation title in some capacity.
Knowledge of a fourth title has been out there for quite some time now thanks to insider leaks, and according to those leaks, Fable 4 is being developed by UK developer PlayGround Games, and is codenamed 'Wisdom'.
A lot of gameplay and story elements have also been revealed through this leak, including the fact that the game will feature a first and third-person camera and won't allow the use of guns. According to these leaks, the game will be completely open and essentially allow the player to do whatever they want.
If all this is true, there's probably good reason why we haven't seen this one yet.
